SOS call will be attain within 48 working hours, 24 hours online telephonic support	-	-	1,00,000.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1	Payment	a)  75% within 30 days of successful and satisfactory installation b)  Balance 25% within 60 days of installation c)  AMC charges will be paid proportionately per visit for factory
2	Delivery	Immediately
3	Warranty	01.10.13 to 30.09.14
4	VAT	@ 12.5% extra
5	Support	Annual maintenance contract for Khapoli Factory it includes minimum 12 SOS call with fooding and lodging at factory
6	Renewal	40% of the new list price at the time of next renewal
